The good and capable people at Virag have ALWAYS been fair, competent, and exceptionally transparent in all their communications. My father purchased my mother's wedding band at Virag's in 1942. If they did make a mistake, all you have to do is talk to them. Whatever happened to just talking about and working out a satisfactory outcome. Forgive me but running to the internet is like running to mommy and daddy to work out your problems.
No, we were not closed. Marc Miller, re: your answer, we’re very sorry that you were unhappy with your repair, but to accuse us of “bad business” on social media without ever bringing it to our attention is unfair. You were not charged for a platinum clasp, and the work order clearly states that it was sterling. Per our phone conversation, we will seek to rectify the issue when you come in.
No. But they do bad business. Replaced my claps with silver for platinum necklace. 👎
