I had an 2 bedroom voucher and my niece moved out but I still have my 12 year old grandsons I now have 1bedroom voucher and was told we will have to share a room.

you don't have to share a room but you only get the 1 bedroom rate . you can rent a bigger unit too

They cannot make you share a room with a child. You need to speak with a manager, if it's still not solved then call HUD. You need to put your grandson on your lease. Then you can keep the two bedrooms.

If there's only 2 ppl. You will have a one bedroom voucher. They will downsize you.
