Yes, Save all your receipts for work done and parts etc.Deduct it from your rent along w/ copies of said receipts. Enclose ur adjusted monthly rent payment along with a letter stating times, dates Called, msg.s left etc & so forth for said repairs. It would be worth your while to go to ur local currency exchange, bank or even library to have them stamp the letter w/ NOTARY PUBLIC and it's only $1. Good Luck
