There are several food trucks a trailers, maybe one of them offers Carmel popcorn. Just be prepared to drive around for a while looking for a parking spot in order to find your snack though!
The rocky mountain choco company store sells carmel apples and I think they have bags of carmel corn sometimes.
I didn't see one.
