Most stores have air conditioning that can keep up with the heat; however, there are stores at the Round Rock Premium Outlets that tend to be much warmer than others. This could be due in part to size and how often the front door remains open. The walkway of the outlet mall is generally protected from inclement weather and intense sun, but there are a few stores where the afternoon sun absolutely bakes the front windows

The Premium Outlet Mall is just like any other Mall, with the exception that the walkways from Dept to Dept is outdoors. The snack Vendors are predominantly outdoors as well. But otherwise yes, it is air conditioning. Hope that was helpful.
