Is the blue card the membership

Its a blue card with a bullet hole in the top right corner people are saying it's 5$ with membership but I don't know if that's the membership card they're talking about

Not sure what blue card you're referring to, but back in the day their membership card was blue with a pic on the front. You can still use it.
