Can trucks park here overnight?

I think you can. I know certain Wal-Marts (mainly 24 hour stores) actually allow RVs to park overnight. I think there is even a certain spot for them to park. It's kind of up to the store and management, but it is allowed.

I have seen trucks, private buses and RVs there late nights and mornings but not aware of arrangements.

I know most of them allow it. Have used many in my travels. Wasnt aware that different locations didnt allow it. Never had any problems doing so.
