Yep, sure seems to be the place alot of people park and sleep. Not just truckers and RVs either. I've noticed individuals and families living out of their cars. It's really sad actually, our country sends billions to other countries but seem to turn a blind eye to the homeless right here in our on backyard. Most of these living out of their cars have a job or attend school. Be kind to one another. There but by the grace of God go we.
Why do you have your makeup locked up if you are not going to have someone there. I called 3 times to have someone come open it! I was not the only one that was waiting. No one ever came. This is why people go to Target.

Dear Celeste: ALL MAJOR DEPARTMENT STORES, including WALMART [have a separate IN-STORE DEPARTMENT; that nobody knows about].
RETAIL LOSS PREVENTION: No matter Type of Customer "Rich/or/Poor", Loss Prevention AS TO ACCOUNT for LOOSE MERCHANDISE that is left on STORE FLOOR.
Because of that /AND TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION/ :
I agree that TARGET is more relaxed in Loss Prevention MAKEUP DEPT WHERE EVERYTHING IS AVAILABLE, but it still exists UNNOTICED> (from a shopper experiences /AND"NOT EMPLOYEE"/)
WALMART just takes LOST MERCHANDISE more important, then others.
