Yes you can but I recommend sticker targets. You're still paying for the bay.. the targets are free. The target holder is two hooks about 2 inches apart that hold the cardboard target up..
As Rey say, you get ONE target for free per shooter so bring any additional ones you may want. As for size, you staple them to a large piece of cardboard that I would estimate to be 1-2 feet wide by 3 feet tall. So anything below that should fit.
