When I tried calling a few locations last week, none of them were answering to talk to an actual person. There's an 800 number you can call, but nobody at each individual location is actually answering calls. Also, pay no mind to the walk-in wait time that's shown because it is not updated!
You're right the walk-in wait time is not updated because I was toldon the phone that it was a five-minute wait time and I said no ma'am I was at the door where the girl with the red braids just told me that it's a two to three-hour waitand when I questioned her like okay but customer service the 800 number just said it's a five-minute wait she said no we don't update the times because otherwise we have everybody here! I explained to her that's not the right way to do it though, if you tell everyone that it's a five-minute wait then they're just going to swarm the office thinking wonderful it's so fast there but in reality you're not giving them the truth. She said it is a five-minute wait time once you get signed in so it does no good... Make an appointments or you're going to have just as much trouble as I did!
