I payed $17.50 for replacement keys for my garage door, the keys I received were of substantially lower quality than the original key, and wouldn't even turn in the lock. After requesting a refund via email, I was sent another pair of keys (frankly, I would have preferred the refund after the quality of keys I received in round 1), this time one of the two keys worked, pushing the success rate up to 25%, still quite shameful in my mind. I emailed again requesting that the situation be righted, after two weeks of there was no response, so I called. I explained my predicament, and was told sometimes the lock codes change over time, and sometimes the keys don't work. So I guess they need a disclaimer on their website explaining that their product simply might not work. Before I could work out a solution to this problem that suited both of our needs, I was hung up on. Effectively, as I only received one working key, these people stole $8.75 from me, not very business like. (Update: Shortly after posting this review I was mysteriously refunded $8.50, still wouldn't recommend anybody goes through this by choice.)
