Why does the phone ring and then say line busy? I've been calling for 45 minutes? Who in the world could possibly be holding up the line for that long? Do you only have one line for the store?

When they are very busy, the phone has the lowest priority. People in the store come first, Very busy on Friday nights, especially when a long weekend storm is predicted.
