My husband works there. They don't take reservations, but especially if you have a large group and call ahead to tell them when to expect your party they are far, far better able to accommodate you quickly and smoothly. If you already have an order figured out, it allows them to also anticipate and prepare things more quickly that way as well though they'll want the party to restate the order just to guarantee you all get what your area wanting and to accommodate any changes desired.
When I tried a few weeks ago the Logan Olive Garden would not let me make reservations. They also would not let me get on the waiting list without being there in person. We dropped someone from our group off 30 minutes early to get on the list.
