While there were helpful and polite staff, there were also unhelpful and rude staff. I was not happy with the service. That is sad. Should I choose to patronize this establishment again I hope to have a more pleasant experience.

I like Lowes... just not this Lowes. Horrible customer service!! I've had at least 3 experiences where I left the store ignored or misguided. Today I asked for help with my large purchase after waiting for a while and no one came (several employees were around, but none "available" to help), I took my carts out one at a time. Luckily a few customers in the parking lot helped me lift things into the truck. At least 2 employees were out there, but did nothing to help. Customer service training is needed in this particular store!

Love their craftsman tools, but they have not had the bit socket I wanted to warranty twice. Friendly staff 9/26/22 a bit of a pain to warranty stuff, but did get it done.
