I would take William Crandall's advice. I'm a driver for a printing company and we use Print Finishing Specialties for some of our binding needs. It's a good company but, as William said, they do bindery.
Print Finishing is bindery only. Your best bet would be a book publishing company. Most commercial printers aren't equipped to handle this type of printing.
