Many stay throughout the year. Some close down for January and February. And a lot depends on the weather. And when it starts getting dark those without lights down on the gravel lot are packed up and gone by dark. I've seen most of those down the center, going up the hill, stay open when it's too cold to be out there. They are all resilient people just trying to make a living.
There are also lots of vendors inside, regardless of the weather.
There are an abundance of vendors, inside and outside, but I have never shopped at the Green Dragon during the winter month and therefore am unfamiliar with the vendors there at that time.
