Hello Amanda! We only SUGGEST you turn down vases for the winter. We finish mowing (depending on the weather) by early November. After that, you are free to place memory lights, wreathes on easels, grave blankets etc. We do cleanup once a year - the month of March, each year. We remove everything and turn all the vases down.
