Never had any problem with them during the 10 years that I am going to that Ford Dealer. The service manager is OK and very attentive, but Steve one of the service advisor is excellent.
Terrible service dept. Need training in customer service & repairs.terrible communication between customer, service dept. & manager. Took 3 days before they return calls. You could be dying...they could care less !!! Never ever again & I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
Speak to the service manager. That's what I had to do. After writing to Ford Motor Company. There was no problem after that. Now I'm treated the way I customize should be treated. Their sales department however is 5 *.!
