I believe they do walk ins occasionally, I'm not sure about all the time. They're pretty good at responding to instagram/facebook messages though if you want to ask them.

I believe they do a stencil first, any shadowing is freehand

Pricing is very reasonable. I believe they have a $75 minimum. Ryan was thorough in the consult, letting me know what would and wouldn't work and how the tattoo might evolve over time and then offered a fair price for the work.
