I tried to order on line but needed to make a few changes, so I called about 3 times befor someone answered I was put on hold for about 20 minutes before I decided to hang up ! I called back about 10 more times never got and answer .. bad for business.

Not sure what happened tonight. We ordered a deluxe pizza and it was horrible. There is little to no sauce. Very small amount of cheese. The toppings slide right off of the crust, the crust is soggy and chewy. Very disappointing. Edited to thank Tony for reaching out and making it right. Very pleasant and apologetic. We will definitely try again. Only because Tony was so nice.

We are just so happy to have found Palermo's Pizza ❣️ Moving down here from up North, about a year ago, we were worried about finding good Italian pizza in Melbourne! We've tried many different pizza places & Palermo's is the absolute best! Real Italian's own & operate this restaurant and speak Italian, also English 😊 We highly recommend them for a pizza you are going to love ❤️
