You have to call, it depends on the model and year of your car if the replacement is available.
It depends on the type of vehicle you have. Like i may have bought my honda fit at kelly ford but for the air bag recall that it had it had to be done at the Honda dealership to have it changed out free of charge.
Unknown to me however if it's a Ford product my guess would be yes.
