I made an appt for oil change. I arrived at store at scheduled time and the man said "well, I see a ticket for you, but I don't have an appt for you. If you want to wait, I have several cars shead of you." WHY would I make an appt if I wanted to sit and wait until you could "fit me in??" Wow!

Every one pretty much masked and distanced
I never make an appointment and they always work me in. But, I work close by and can leave the car, so no issue. I would hate to wait a long time if I had an appointment
