You know That there are a Legion of places in Philly , New York and Jersey City that have health infractions that halted business for a little while ..... The Real problem is the ones that don't get caught and routinely pay the health inspectors to keep Running while they have infractions...... Your local MCDonald's etc. They've been in business for a very long time and That is unfortunately a part of being a high Volume Mom and Pop ...... of course there is dirty competition to send the health inspector your way as well....
