The man on the grill asked me if I wanted a 1/2 or a whole. I said a whole. He showed me the 18" bun for a whole and I immediately said a half would do. The locals were very amused. They are loaded with tender beef and worth the money. Seriously, the concept sounds so simple, but everything is perfect including the bun which has the perfect texture for a philly cheesesteak. This place is the real deal. No cheese whiz
