Yup, they have full bar. Not sure about snacks, but Saturday and Sunday 12 to 5 they serve best tri tip sandwiches in Santa Barbara

The regular restaurant has very limited hiurs altho i heard their fries are amazing. The tri tip was excellent. The bar had bags of chips and such
