No issues with the customer service but went through a rain down pour in heavy traffic the windshield wipers differently needed replaced causing a dangerous situation while driving.

There was a major discrepancy between my rental agreement price and what I was invoiced for. Zac got involved and corrected the situation with maturity and great service. I received a revised bill the same day. The new invoice hasn’t yet been reflected on my credit card stated, but hopefully that is just a timing issue.

The Enterprise Santa Barbara airport location is inside the terminal near baggage claim.
