Prime I'm not sure of. But Pride will hire from there.
Prime hires pretty much everywhere, how often you get home based on where home. Is would be a different question though. I assume you meant Pride though and yes, they will hire from Vegas. They actually have a drop yard in the northern part of Vegas (off i15 & Cheyenne area) so you'd have somewhere to leave truck.
