Hi is there any strings attached to the lifetime warranty if I buy a new Kia? Do I have to do all of the services at Allentown Kia?

To answer your question: There are no strings with the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty! You must do you recommended oil changes at basic intervals but nothing additional and if you missed one service or something we would make sure if you’re our customer you would be taken care of! This warranty is also backed by an AAA Insurance Company so you’re always in great hands! If you have ANY questions for the Allentown Kia Team we are always here to help! 1-800-NEW-KIAS 📲

I purchased a new Kia Sorento and the lifetime warranty is above and beyond the 10 year 100,000 mile. Reading the warranty there isn't any strings. You just need to do the recommended maintenance according to the owners manual. You don't have to do it at Allentown Kia or any Kia dealership although we plan. You just need documentation that it was done. So you can get it done elsewhere, you just need to keep your receipt. It seems pretty cut and dry. The Kia warranty itself is one of the reasons we chose Kia and the lifetime made it that much better. We keep our cars forever so in our case it will help us especially when my daughter turns 16, she'll be driving it at that point. The warranty was from an actual warranty company too, nationwide coverage. From everything I read, it's legit.

Any powertrain issues needs to go to the dealership. You can do your routine services wherever as long as you have proof (receipts), and use the proper fluids.

I f this what I think it is so the warranty is covered only in their dealership. But if u get the power train 60000 miles it's covered everywhere.

Kia it self doesn't offer a lifetime warranty. Any warranty comes with a contract you can read the fine print

Honestly that is something I am not sure about. They never said I had to go there and I never asked because I would only get my vehicles serviced there. They do offer lifetime inspections that obviously you would need to go there to get done.

I feel very satisfied with the attention of Jessica Rivera, who was one of the salespeople, for having me passience and finding me the car I really wanted. The lifetime warranty on my car was one of the benefits I received. I want you to know that I was in many places that sell cars but at Kia I felt confident and assured that they were not cheating me.
