It was absolutely horrible I didn't I walked out with nothing I ordered a drink that they have on special and the lady behind the counter said no it's not on special there's a big sign outside saying yes it is and she said I don't know what to tell you it's not on sale I said but you have a son and I can order it on my phone and it comes up the sale price but you can't order on the phone through here and she's distract her shoulders and I asked her what her name was and she said I don't know and I said you don't have a manager and she said not here because you don't have no manager here she said no and she's got a really really big attitude so please really horrible if you're not guys have a sales keeping communication with each other so everybody knows their sales. To be an employee you should know what's on special and what's not on the special and do more than just shrug your shoulder and keep saying what what

Every time. EVERY TIME I order, whether it's through the app or in person, I order a HOT drink and they make an iced drink. 😡

I cannot stand this place. They always either mess up your order or something else happens. Found a hair in my sandwich one time. Always get drinks that taste nasty and not like in otuer Dunkin donuts. I try to avoid this place at any cost. I always go to other locations. Note : No drive through at this one.
