It seems to be straight forward, as long as you buy the tires from them they take care of rotations, balance, and punctures (to a point). Probably best to listen to them if they mention an alignment, at a different company I lost my warranty due to "uneven wear" I don't know if Les Schwab will be the same, but it is something to look out for...
If the tire has mileage (most do) you a guaranteed the miles on that tire, and if you don't get that mileage then you get a credit towards your next set of tires. Also the best tire value promise gives you free Rotation, balance, air checks, pre trip safety checks, and if a tire is damaged beyond repair they replace it's value I hope this helps I use Les Schwab for all my tires, and brakes.
