I've had a few bad experiences in the past with this Popeyes and would have given it a 1 star about a couple years ago. It has impressed me with the amount of orders I've gotten correct without issues and how quickly they would be willing to fix an issue if it were to come up. I have yet to be disappointed, and am looking forward to trying it again! The only reason I knock off a star, is due to the drive thru being fully closed off on occasion.

Order took too long. Too many excuses. Waited for 1.5 hours for a f'ng chicken sandwich. Too many health code violations too. Will report this place to the department of health.

I really like their fries and chicken sandwiches but they've become so lax with customer service and they never have very many drinks in stock. I can see them going out of business when raising canes goes in unless they get better management that orders before stock has been depleted and tries better with customer service.

We wanted to go in but they were only doing drive thru and mobile orders. They only had diet soda, the wait at the drive thru was really long, and once we got up to the window it seemed very chaotic and unorganized.
