Seems you would have better luck asking Mcalister's that question than Google. But i feel your frustration!
A couple of days ago, I received an email from McAlister's in which they explained: they knew about problems with their app, they were in process of fixing it and in the meantime, enjoy a free iced tea by showing this email when ordering at the restaurant. 🙂
I've never used the app. I would say though if you aren't getting anything then they aren't doing it anymore.
