Yes to both questions. This place not only serves quality food, but they have an excellent bar and all the staff there are very laid back and friendly. They allow dogs there and that is a plus for a restaurant. The views are great as it's located right next to the beach. Go there, order food, enjoy the view and other people's pets you won't be disappointed.
