Wal-Mart.com does delivery, Wal-Mart the store does not, offering only pickup service.
They have pick up in store, I've never seen anything saying that they deliver to your home locally. If you order on the website it may tell you the product is this store, but that doesn't mean that they will ship the product from that store to your home.
