Everytime I call I talk to someone. The few times no has answered they always get back to me
Had the service for a few years and had to get a new modem, they sent one quickly and it didn’t work, asked for a shipping label to send it back and they sent a box, one that did not fit the modem. Managed to get a label after hounding them for close to a month and shipped it back. That was January. May and they still have no record of having received it, but UPS says they delivered it. CenturyLink are frauds!
A core router in our data center locked up and it took down the phones. We are working on a secondary system.
Pretty sure their entire connection was down, even their office (including phones).
