Had the service for over a year, and am satisfied for the most part, with that said, the 6or7 times we have called for support, no one answers, and no one calls back, what’s the point of leaving a message no one will respond to?

Had the service for a few years and had to get a new modem, they sent one quickly and it didn’t work, asked for a shipping label to send it back and they sent a box, one that did not fit the modem. Managed to get a label after hounding them for close to a month and shipped it back. That was January. May and they still have no record of having received it, but UPS says they delivered it. CenturyLink are frauds!

A core router in our data center locked up and it took down the phones. We are working on a secondary system.

Pretty sure their entire connection was down, even their office (including phones).
