I would said about 20-30 min, they work fast and get everything done quickly but due to the holidays they might be little busier than usual.

Two factors determine time needed. People in front of you and the work you need. Without the waiting for people in front of you: the Press-on stuff may be just 15-20 minutes. Complicated embroidery's time can run into multiple hours.
