Geno's Steaks - All questions

I wouldn't make the trip solely for this but if you're in town stop by for the experience

Andrew Feret | Oct 4, 2018

Personally, I would get the cheese fries at Geno's and eat them while you are in line to get a Cheesesteak from Pat's.

Alejandra Baez | Oct 4, 2018

Definitely not. The meat had no flavor. Waste of $10. Jerry's Subs & Pizza is better lol

Mike Beavers | Oct 4, 2018

I wouldn't solelyโ€‹ for Genos but i would for Jims ..(. 4th and south)

Gary Shenenberger | Oct 4, 2018

Yeah I would drive from Baltimore. I would also stop by Pat's and Tony Lukes but yeah I would make the drive if I had a day off.

MiKe McDonough | Oct 4, 2018

No. Save your time and money

Joe Delaney | Oct 4, 2018

If in Philly yes, if not I wouldn't travel that far

Troy R | Oct 4, 2018

Nah.. its a good steak but you could make a better one at home for 10$. Its a 10$ 10inch

Anna Foster | Oct 4, 2018

Probably not... It's one of those "when in Philly" things... There are definitely better cheesesteaks around town.

Michael Paluch | Oct 4, 2018

Not at all, unless you just want to say youโ€™ve had a โ€œrealโ€ Philly cheesesteak.

James Gentile | Oct 3, 2021

It is one of the best cheesesteak places in Philly! Fun atmosphere to just come here as well.

Johnson Jeannot | Oct 4, 2019

I'm late with this response... hope you didn't drive all the way from B-more for a cheesesteak from a place that probably would be better paying you just for mentioning their name. You'd have a better bet making your own cheesesteak and it'll be 1000x more amazing than whatever dull mess they're serving. Oh and if you so happen to have an accent from another country, you can have that cheesesteak with a side of racist insults and a diet F-Bomb. If you're going to make that drive, I strongly recommend Max's on Erie Avenue. Or if you don't want to come in that deep, Tony Luke's.

J Ruiz | Oct 4, 2019

Pats is the best hands down

Linda Lorvanis | Oct 4, 2019

Pat's is better and Geno's cheese fries.

F Xiang | Oct 4, 2019

Also from Baltimore, this place I wouldn't say is worth it. Go to Tony Luke's, right off of 95.

W&C | Oct 4, 2018

Ratings all over the board ! Inconsistency, that is not a good sign IMO. Maybe I should try it myself as well as the other places mentioned here, then compare for myself?

Denia Lev | Oct 4, 2018

I'm about to go now.... imma have to see

Mattie Sheppard | Oct 4, 2018

No its not worth the drive to go to Geno's. But my cousins said go to Max's. They flavor their meat.

Kathleen Donoghue | Oct 4, 2018

There is so much to Philly. Make a day of it.

Mary Perrucci | Oct 4, 2018

The experience is worth the trip

Nikky Padilla | Oct 4, 2018
