That's a good point! I'm not sure Google Reviews is the best place to try and change that... But if you're concerned you should contact the store manager directly about it - then you might see some actual change :) I have never had the problem myself, and there is Michaels and other fabric stores, but, yes, that's frustrating.
At least JoAnns has more than 2 employees in the entire store… Other Fabric stores were like this and probably why they are no longer in business…
