You need to schedule an appointment. It's a good idea to go in with a photo of the tattoo you want, then they can give you an appointment with the artist who specializes in the tattoo you want and can give you an approximate time to complete and a price.
No they get booked up as everywhere else,bit they may have appointments within a few days.
