I think the answer from Stephanie is correct..NY laws are a bit more stringent theb other areas...it may go by county too. But this I can say... George dud my nise piercing and it took all of maybe three seconds...just listen to his directions and it'll be a snap!! So happy I got my nose pierced at Bullseye...two months out and it's as if it's always been there.
