You can buy topsoil at Millcreek. You can also buy soil amendments and soil pep to help amend the soil you have. Working a little compost into your soil every year helps to improve what you have. I work some into my garden and will spread a little over my lawn every couple years.
You can get top soil in bags at Millcreek Gardens, or you can take a pickup truck and they can load it in the bed of the truck.
