They never gave me a receipt so I was not able to verify if I made the mistake or not I was just upset that I paid $16 for a item that I did not receive and had no receipt to prove to them that they made a mistake or that I mistakenly said the wrong thing
Is it possible they heard bean, not beef? Did you check your order before before leaving? Or the receipt to see what they charged you when discovering said "meatless" burrito? Or did you go straight to social media/Google w/ your "mad face" over a possible $2 mistake? I've known Hector, his wife, & her parents (who own the place) for 20+ years, & I guarantee if you had brought such a simple mistake to their attention they would have taken care of you.
