The NAC is open to the public in the spring from 5-7AM and 2-6PM (M-F) and Saturday’s 10-4pm for open public swim. It is $4 per swimmer or there are monthly passes available on a scale based on age and residency. Hope to see you there!

You sign up and pay 4 dollars or buy a month for 20 non residents pay a little more great place to swim

In the morning yes. The evening, I believe they close at 6. And swimming isn't free.
