Over 2 hours waiting for a pre-admission blood draw. If HMH is going to insist on using their in house lab, staff it so there isn't such a ridiculous wait. I can schedule a LabCorp appointment and be in and out in 5 minutes. What happened to "Patient First"? There is no reason to treat your customers this way.

Dr Nina Jacobson is an excellent doctor. She is caring personable and takes the time to thoroughly listen and examine the patient. She does not rush you and answers every question thoroughly. She is definitely recommended 100%
