Save believes that the cost of food is cheaper so they charge for bags, you can bring your own bags or if choose use a box .
It's probaly the food might be a little cheaper I take my bags with me

I am not sure but it's always been that way it needs to change for sure but I guess it's the only way to keep prices down.
Don't know why but what I do I'll take my own bags like that I don't have pay 25 cents for bags I'll take the whole shopping cart to the parking lot and fill them with ease
