You can also pull your email up on a computer and print the ticket.
Call them and explain the situation. U may need the invoice number in order for them to retrieve ur tix. Good luck!
Call the Mann and they will arrange replacements. You will need a receipt number from original purchase. If paid by credit or debit it will be on your statement.
They have a ticket booth just give them the order number and they will print them.
