When it comes to the Summer Picnic Series (aka, watching the movies on the big screen while the orchestra plays) it is DEFINITELY rain or shine. I've sat through a spritsy rain watching Harry Potter, Hah!! Always check the event description when buying your tickets. There was in the past a "bad weather" or "ticket insurance" or some sort when I bought Jurassic Park tickets.
