When I was at the speaker in the drive through the lady never answered us but when we moved she answers the lady behind us.Why don't you allways have someone at the microphone?

I have to agree...Especially if they have dual drive thrus like most Micky D's do now. :-)

Everytime I have been there's been no issue. Sometimes a slight delay as can be expected but I've never not received service at the order screen. May have simply been an oversight.
