Customer Service has always been nice & helpful. Only Internet I can get from where I live besides Satellite. Data speed is great, the cost is a bit expensive if I compared with cable companies in other nearby towns that also offers Internet access. The Cable T.V is not worth the expensive, ever increasing cost, & which lost alot of channels I watched yeats ago when I had it. Now with smart devices there's about every channel possible that most can stream free, if not then at alot more affordable cost than any cable or satellite service. I think they are just trying to rob any customer left of as much money they can get since most of the companies will soon end up closing or dying out since most of the services offered will be no longer needed & be offered anywhere at no cost.

Have an elderly Mom and a handicapped brother with Shentel service in the Rustburg System. The phone service was out and Larry helped in technical support and got the ohone up and running quickly. He was very pleasant and patient while he worked it out.
