I'm from Scranton so I'm not that familiar with Monroe County but this is what I do every time I need to reach them Google Monroe County Courthouse listen to the options on the phone it seems like it takes forever for you get probation but when you do get there since you don't have a exact phone number to get to probation office directly just hit the general probation number and when you get a person just explain who your nephew is and go from there I have to do this every single time and sometimes it's very hard to get ahold of them you have to keep trying
